Vendor Info & Setup

This page is for vendors that have completed an application and been accepted to our events.   Please do not share your password. 

Before Booking Please Read: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CREDITS AND NO TRANSFERRING OF DATES.   If the market is full, the site will not let you pay (it shows inventory available).  Last minute bookings will fill whatever spaces are left.  If your category is full and you book/pay for a date, you will get a refund within 24 hours to let you know that category is full. It is best to check with Jen if you are unsure (especially Direct Sales, Jewelry, Baked Goods). Refunds will incur a $5 administrative fee.

SET UP FOR MARKETS: 

• GEORGIA EVENTS:  Jen is the Market Manager and will be onsite.
• Set up time opens at 8 AM unless otherwise indicated. You are required to check in with the Market Manager before pulling into your space.
• ALL tents must have weights on at set up. Tent up - weights on immediately - not whenever.
• Weights should be a minimum of 25# per leg.  They must be secured to the tent. Horseshoe style weights are not recommended - please use sand or concrete weights secured to the tent. 
• Spaces are assigned but subject to change (last minute cancellations, field issues, etc.)
• Set up details are sent a few days prior to each market. If you do not receive a set up for a market you are planning to attend, email Jen  jennifer@jens-market.com
• Markets are rain or shine. No refunds for any reason and no transferring of dates.
• BOOKING: Below is ALL PRODUCTS with each market/event listed. Once you click on the event, it will have options to select categories and dates. You can Add to Cart and then checkout with either Credit Card, Apple Pay or Paypal.
