Summer Market in Wimauma, FL - Aug 29

This email is for all vendors who have booked the Artisan Summer Market on August 29, 10-3 at the Wimauma Convention Center. Address 5408 FL-674 Wimauma, FL.

This is the basic UNLOAD PLAN. Please read it - as the final email before the event will have your space assignment and that will correspond to UNLOAD A, B or C. Pay attention to the PLAN. We have 100+ Vendors, so you need to be on track. Unload is Saturday morning, 8 AM until 9:45 AM. ONLY FOOD TRUCKS and Vendor in UNLOAD A should come up the driveway to the front entrance. FOOD TRUCKS pull inside the yellow curb. CARS STAY ON OUTSIDE OF CURB! Vendors in UNLOAD B (yellow) and UNLOAD C (blue) need to turn to the right and go to those drop points.

All vendors will be given 10-15 minutes to unload. PACK your vehicle to be able to load in into a cart, drop boxes in staging area (up by front door) - whatever you need to do to be efficient and fast. Thank you to those that can do it in under 10 minutes. You don't need to run into the building and "find" your space as soon as you arrive. If you feel that is necessary, then go park your car in the grass, and after you feel like you know where you're going, go get back in the unload lineup. Last time I did this with Angelite I had to get peoples keys and move their cars because they were "lost" somewhere inside.

Wi-Fi is spotty in the Convention Center, be prepared with your devices as needed.

You are responsible for your entire booth set up. It MUST fit within 10x10 ft. You can use a canopy tent frame if you need to. It must be a straight leg frame. There is NO side space between tents, plan your booth to face forward to the customer unless you have an end cap. There is a little room behind each space, but I suggest planning your booth to put all your "stuff" under your table (s).

There isa NO SMOKING policy for the building and the grounds. If you gotta smoke or vape, go sit in your car. No burning of candles, incense, cooking food, spraying perfumes or scents in the building. Bring yourself a trash can. Any trash you make, you take home with you. Don't be dumping packing boxes in the trash cans.
